ICM CLIMBER CONVERSION KIT

Scanning non-ferrous surfaces just become easier using the ICM Climber with our raster arm conversion kit. International Climbing Machines or ICM has introduced a revolutionary vacuum based scanning system to the industry that can climb just about any surface. AUT Solutions has manufactured a custom raster arm kit that mounts to this scanner and using it in conjunction with our ProScan flaw detector 2 axis AUT scans can be achieved.

 

• Climber can scan non-ferrous surfaces using vacuum technology, such as stainless steel
• Raster arm can scan up to 30”/sec
• Interfaces with ProScan UT systems for turn-key data acquisition
• Kit comes with a 20” arm, motor controller, 100ft umbilical (200ft available upon request)
